At Robo Pump Automation, our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is tailored to address machine part faults exclusively. The AMC covers the assessment and resolution of controller malfunctions by our dedicated team. We prioritize on-site repairs whenever possible. In cases where repair is not viable, we replace the unit with a refurbished one. In the rare event of unavailability of replacement stock, rest assured, that we strive for a prompt resolution.
Exclusions from AMC Coverage:
Not Covered:
Any incidents involving breakage, burning, lightning issues and unauthorized repairs to the product issues that are not within the scope of our AMC contract will be chargeable.
Excluded Components:
Sensor cables and underwater sensors such as Probe/Float are excluded from the AMC contract. Replacement of damaged or faulty cables/sensors will incur charges.
Re-Installation or Replacement:
If the re-installation or replacement of the sensor Probe/Float or sensor cable is required, charges will apply.
Maintaining Customer Relationship:
We always aim to uphold a positive relationship with our valued customers. We believe in mutual cooperation to achieve the best outcomes. However, any instance of undue harassment or misconduct towards our representatives will lead to immediate termination of the AMC contract and blacklisting of the customer. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Contract Renewal and Service Calls:
We kindly request customers to renew their AMC prior to expiry to avoid disruptions in service. Service calls post-contract expiry will be chargeable based on our standard rates.
