In the manufacturing process of our automatic water pump controller and automatic water level controller, several precise steps are taken to ensure high-quality and efficient device manufacturing. From the design stage to the final packaging, each stage is executed perfectly to guarantee optimum performance and reliability.
We have a comprehensive manufacturing process for your controller. Here is a summary of all the steps:

Microcontroller Programming:
You all know that almost all of our products are our own manufactured. That's why we program the microcontroller used in our controller with the program written on our computer. Our own program has already gained a lot of popularity.

PCB Design:
We have already created a circuit diagram for this controller. Next, we create a printed circuit board (PCB) design and a layout using computer software. Next, we prepare a paper PCB layout for making the PCB.

Cutting and Sizing a Copper Board:
Next, the PCB is cut to size according to the design from a plain copper board.

PCB Fabrication:
Now we create an actual PCB fabrication for our controller using a designed PCB layout and pre-sized copper board.

PCB Driling
After the fabrication process, we clean the fabricated PCB and drill on our custom made drilling table all the points required to mount the electronic components in the next stage.

Mounting and Soldering Components:
Electronic components semiconductors, capacitors, resistors and others are attached to the fabricated PCB using a popular soldering station.

Design and Cutting the enclosure box
We design the enclosure box for our controllers ourselves and cut accordingly to fit our own products.

Assembling in Enclosure Box:
Now our controller PCB and other components like LCD, power system and necessary connectors are integrated into the enclosure box we have made.
NOTE: However, it should be noted that our enclosures are made of PVC which gives our customers an extra layer of security. Which other brand controllers can not offer. Because all other brands or Chinese products in the market are made with metal boxes. Which is very risky for all customers.

Quality Testing:
We conduct thorough testing of the integrated controller to ensure that it is functioning properly and meets quality standards. It is called Quality Control or Quality Testing of our products.

Integration and Final Testing:
In this step, we connect the controller to the pump switch system or starter panel for a final test of pump automation to ensure smooth operation. In this step, we check whether the complete checking is done correctly. As a result of this double checking, the after-sales support of our products is very good and our product is very popular with the customers as a hassle-free product.

Stickering, Packaging and Delivery:
In this step, we cut the outer front, back and side stickers that we have pre-designed and printed to the shape of our enclosure box, and then stick those stickers onto the box. After that, we package our products properly and prepare them for delivery to our valued customers.
