Our Warranty covers a One Year Replacement Guarantee for your controllers only. If a customer experiences and reports any problem within one year of purchasing our controller, we first visit our customer's location to observe the problem and if we notice any manufacturing defect or machine parts defect, we immediately replace the defective controller with a new controller. If immediate replacement is not possible due to stock availability, rest assured, we will get your replacement done in no time.
Exclusions:
Sensor Cable and Underwater Sensor Probe/Float:
These components are not covered under warranty or guarantee.
Sensor Cable Post-Installation:
Any damage or dispute to the sensor cable post-installation will be chargeable.
Reinstallation or Replacement of Sensor Cable, Probe/Float:
Charges may apply for any required rearrangement, reinstallation, or replacement of the sensor Cable Probe/Float post-installation.
Issues due to Breaking or Burning:
Any issues related to breaking or burning are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable.

Repairs or replacements covered under warranty will be carried out at no cost during the one-year period.
Claim Process:
To claim warranty service for covered components, customers must have a GST invoice for proof of purchase and show the full details of the problem. If neither of these are present, the warranty will not be accepted.

NOTE: Although our product is durable, prolonged immersion of its sensors in water, especially iron or salt water, may lead to sulfur deposition, which may cause controller malfunction. An electronic device naturally depreciates, which is why it needs periodic servicing. As a manufacturer, we proudly offer Periodic Servicing and Maintenance to all customers. Even post-warranty, any problem with the product is efficiently repaired at a nominal charge. Choosing our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) ensures regular service, reducing Periodic Maintenance Costs. Many customers are significantly reducing their maintenance costs with our AMC support.
